BLADE DESIGNER simply called BD from now on, is a important tool for
design of turbo blades. It is easy to use BD in any blade design with dialoguing
interface, 3D display function, CFD and others.
●Asking for the basic blade’s shape parameter to form the blade’s
three-dimensional sequence of points automatically. It is possible to use a
fully digital design to a blade.
●Three-dimensional view and the shape of an impeller
can be found and
confirmed by simulated three-dimensional display, projection, rotation,
expansion or curtail.
●Post treatment: The physical value of a pump,
such as theoretical head, water power, axial thrust, initial cavitation
performance, the pressure distribution on the blade surface, the flow velocity
distribution between blades, slipped factor and relative velocity, can be
freely expressed by the numerical value or the graphics.
