As water lubrication bearings, rubber bearings have many strong points, like abrasion resistance, impact resistance, oscillation absorption, etc. So rubber bearings have been widely used. But rubber bearings do not have lubrication function themselves, especially in the condition of no water, they will be burned out easily in a minute and some roar noise may occur when rubber bearings working in a low speed. Frictionless bearings save strong points of rubber bearings without self-lubrication.
In the structure, there is no soft rubber between outside mental ring and PTFE resin. As submerged bearings materials, synthetic resin used as friction materials works very well after years of research and application. Soft rubber has proper quality of texture, and it effectively eased the one-way load on the local side.

Main features: 
PTFE bearings are self-lubrication, so it can start working within 60s in the condition of no water (the pump can work in a dry condition without draining pump and tank). With lower friction factors, PTFE bearings can save energy and normally works in the condition of little cooling water. PTFE bearings have impact resistance and oscillation absorption function because there is rubber settled between frictional side and mental shell. PTFE bearings have friction resistance and high load bearing function. PTFE bearings can reduce the bearing length because it can bear the high load.
